Aj and his crew were great from start to finish. Explained everything to my satisfaction. When they left it was cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend.
Workers Kevin, Ray and Cory were wonderful. They prepared and placed covering over the floors leading to their access area. Described what they were going to do and what to expect during the mold remediation in our attic. Very efficient and cleaned up everything as if no one was there. Very pleased with the results. Reasonably priced and Jack was extremely responsive when called. Highly recommended.
We knew when we purchased our home that there was a bit of water damage. Household Environmental was recommended to us by a friend and they were incredible. Jack came out on short notice and explained exactly what we had going on. Left us feeling reassured that we were in good hands.
