Going back 12 years Housecalls did a pre purchase property inspection for me. A leaking balcony that was very obvious and should have been picked up by a building inspector was not. I am now left with a very costly repair that should have been paid for by the previous owner. I did contact Housecalls at the time but they were not interested. No care. No responsibility.
I have used Housecalls for years now for all of my clients. They are on time, their reports are easy to read, it is not full of useless information like some inspectors reports are and they are always available on the phone if needed. I highly recommend Housecalls Property Inspections for any one buying a home that needs to have an inspection completed as a part of their contract.
