Place is a joke. Sit in the drive thru line for 30-45 mins just to pick up a medication. Customer service is awful. You would like I was ordering a full course meal.
Staff are helpful and courteous. Hours are totally incorrect. I believe the hours are 8am to 7pm most days of the week. And then the address listed is correct, but the location shown and directions would bring you to some address many miles away in Queensbury.
The team working yesterday evening was very friendly, thorough, and efficient. They exercised patience, flexibility, and outstanding customer service. They gave my sick kid stickers & they had our prescription ready within minutes after walking in. A way better experience than one we had about a year ago!!
