The team working yesterday evening was very friendly, thorough, and efficient. They exercised patience, flexibility, and outstanding customer service. They gave my sick kid stickers & they had our prescription ready within minutes after walking in. A way better experience than one we had about a year ago!!
Fast and easy way to get your meds
Awful customer service, rude and not knowledgeable.They mess up the medications and dont know how to process the insurances. Ive had to go back multiple times in one day on more than one occasion. Twice being in a three day span.
For Warrensburg, I’d Give ZERO Stars if I Could. The Staff are Rude over the Phone until you go into the Pharmacy and then they’ll start treating you with Respect but not over the phone. They treat clients like garbage. Not helpful at all. I had to ask the same question 3 times just to be lied to. They switch their medicine brands ALL of the time and some don’t know how to even count correctly. Please, do yourself a favor and go to a proper-well-managed pharmacy.
