Terry did an excellent job with my haircut. She was outgoing, friendly, and knew just what to do and how to do it. I had a short haircut and everyone where I live has complimented me on it. I was disappointed with this. We booked a cut and style appointment for my grandma who just entered hospice. The stylist arrived without her styling tools—no hairdryer or curling iron which was specifically mentioned when booking the appointment. She was very nice and apologetic, and while I understand these things happen, I think she should have called on her way to let us know so we could change the appointment or wait for her to turn around and get her things.
