While apps have issues here and there this corporation has no moral compass when it comes to making sure that their customers are satisfied. They had an issue with the tax rate section of the price list (which caused me to lose revenue, and they are not willing to find a remedy for this situation) Meanwhile, they are still charging people for faulty service.
