There needs to be a less star or none at all! I should have read the reviews first! I’m 73 and thought I was dealing with someone I could trust. Houseal came out, told me he was a fire chief along with his sheet and gave me his word he would take care of the plumbing. Shortly after that, he stopped showing up. No calls, no explanation. We had an unexpected plumbing issue that we discovered on a Saturday evening. Dan took the time to come over the same day to evaluate the situation after wrapping up another job. He came out Monday morning had our issue fixed even faster than we had anticipated. Highly highly recommend Houseal Plumbing. Great communication and great service. We'll be working with them on all future plumbing needs.

I recommended Houseal plumbing to our neighbor and while fixing their broken sewer line they also saw our sewer line was broken, so I asked for an estimate , never got one but went ahead with work, the crew was done in 4 hours them took a 2 hour break at their truck and left. After a month and several calls to them no bill came. Then Dan called and said we were going to be sent for collection. He came over with a bill for almost 6,000$, I paid by check and he promised an invoice and an amended bill with a refund. Nothing in ... read more
