Gutter downspout to old underground drain not working. Houseal uncovered the line, found separation and installed replacement. I highly recommend them for the timely response, experienced workers and a job well done. Thank you.

There needs to be a less star or none at all! I should have read the reviews first! I’m 73 and thought I was dealing with someone I could trust. Houseal came out, told me he was a fire chief along with his sheet and gave me his word he would take care of the plumbing. Shortly after that, he stopped showing up. No calls, no explanation. Left the job half done and never came back. At my age I don’t expect much. I’ve lived long enough to know when someone’s being honest and when they’re not. We had an unexpected plumbing issue that we discovered on a Saturday evening. Dan took the time to come over the same day to evaluate the situation after wrapping up another job. He came out Monday morning had our issue fixed even faster than we had anticipated. Highly highly recommend Houseal Plumbing. Great communication and great service. We'll be working with them on all future plumbing needs.
