Big shout out to these guys! You were all not only sympathetic to my situation, you did not make me feel like a big dummy for knowing nothing about my leak or about water heaters in general lol. You're pros gave me sound advice and found the date in mine was under warranty, saving me money that i don't have to begin with. I hope you all like baked goods because as soon as possible I'm baking up a storm and I'll be delivering some goodies for the guys to take in the morning. Gutter downspout to old underground drain not working. Houseal uncovered the line, found separation and installed replacement. I highly recommend them for the timely response, experienced workers and a job well done. Thank you.

There needs to be a less star or none at all! I should have read the reviews first! I’m 73 and thought I was dealing with someone I could trust. Houseal came out, told me he was a fire chief along with his sheet and gave me his word he would take care of the plumbing. Shortly after that, he stopped showing up. No calls, no explanation. Left the job half done and never came back. At my age I don’t expect much. I’ve lived long enough to know when someone’s being honest and when they’re not.
