I was not at all happy with this company until they came under new ownership. The previous owner was less than forthcoming and made a lot of promises that were never kept. All of the other people here at this company were great to work with. We kept having to deal with repeated delays and different sub-contractors and it took over 6 months to build a 600 sq ft ADU. We contracted John Hayes with House to Home in December 2022 to finalize the design, selections, and plans for our custom dream home, which was already 90% complete when we brought it to him. From the start, the process was plagued by delays, poor communication, and unfulfilled promises.
