I'm giving you a one star review because of the fact that I have tried for 2 weeks now to make a payment and pay off the debt that I have. I can't get ahold of anybody on the phone. It goes straight forward, it doesn't give a voicemail doesn't give any instruction. It's just straight dead space. I've called it multiple times I have tried to set up appointment.
