So personable and thorough. A great experience.
Had Rory come out to take care of a recent mice issue. He was very knowledgeable and identified where they were most likely getting in and a few problem areas in the basement. We have not had any trace of mice since he put the traps down. I also asked him to spray for spiders in the basement and it really kept the spiders down all winter. He did ask about coming out monthly, but wasn't pushy which I appreciated.
