Knowledgeable and very easy to understand and work with. Staff is great! Parking is very easy and it’s all around a highly recommended facility
My audiologist Cynthia Rossignol did an amazing job of explaining and fitting me with the hearing aids. I had dreaded the process and was so pleasantly surprised I had mountains of gratitude. Highly recommend her. House Institute was efficient and professional.
I was unable to synchronize my iPhone to my Oticon device, and went to the House office for help. Esmerelda was the young woman at the front desk, and she immediately assured me that she could sync the devices. It proved to be more difficult than she anticipated, but she continued to try to solve the problem. During this time several other patients came into the office and she dealt with them efficiently and warmly.
