I was unable to synchronize my iPhone to my Oticon device, and went to the House office for help. Esmerelda was the young woman at the front desk, and she immediately assured me that she could sync the devices. It proved to be more difficult than she anticipated, but she continued to try to solve the problem. I appreciated the excellent care I recieved at The House Institute Hearing Health Center. Cynthia Rossignol was very thorough took time to explain options and provide me with the best hearing aid to address my specific hearing loss. She also took time to see that I am using the hearing aid properly and answered questions.

Lindsey & Heidi were patient , professional & genuinely kind. They went over everything step by step and answered all our questions. Victor is great to work with and goes out of his way to accommodate our schedule . We are blessed to be able to receive care from House Hearing Institute.
