As always, Cynthia and the team were great and helped me with the issues with my hearing aids
Earwax removed and hearing aids cleaned. Only negative are the outrageous rates for parking behind the building. Criminal.
This place has the worst customer service. The receptionist is so rude. I have told the Dr this many times. I showed up to my appointment on time, no one else in the office and had to wait over 45 minutes. Overall it is very poorly managed. I would suggest going to another doctor if possible.
I had a great experience working with audiologist Cynthia at House Hearing Health. She took the time to really understand my hearing needs, explain my options clearly, and answer all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. During my trial of the Signia Silk Charge&Go hearing aid, she helped me understand not just how the devices performed, but also what was actually happening with my hearing and what tradeoffs to consider. House Hearing Center in Sanita Monica has managed my hearing aid purchases and programming for many years. Cynthia audiologist MA has successfully and patiently adjusted the settings on my Phonaks to compensate for the degradation of my hearing over the years. I am 85+ Evelyn a welcome recent addition to staff. David :)
