We've had the pleasure of working with House Plan Zone and can't recommend them enough. We know the owners personally, and they are genuinely good people. They do actually care, which is hard to find these days. When talking about the design, they bring good ideas and craftsmanship to every little detail. We will always do business with them and happily send friends and family their way.
I purchased a set of pre-designed plans which were almost perfect. There were a couple of changes I wanted to make so I worked with one of the architects to update the plans accordingly. They were absolutely wonderful to work with and very prompt and timely in all communications. Everything was delivered within the original timeline - in fact, a little early! Honestly, our experience was perfect and the service was top notch. Our designer, Brad Lewellyn, was excellent and exceeded our expectations. This is going to be our ocean front, retirement home so we asked for numerous alterations and they were done quickly and exactly as we requested. I honestly thought our plans would have taken much longer.
Paid 2k plus for a full set of plans. The plans provided would not make it through the city. Emailed the company and they proceeded to say they were going to charge me more to update the code. Take your business elsewhere this company is not someone you want to deal with.
