We purchased a plan recently. We paid extra to have it crawlspace and 2x6 plans added. The materials list lacked critical items, like floor joist. The plan gave final window sizes but lacked rough in wall layout plans. Customer service is friendly but did not offer solutions to the issues.
Brad has been absolutely wonderful to work with on my project! He is knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, professional and super quick! I could not be happier!
