Paid 2k plus for a full set of plans. The plans provided would not make it through the city. Emailed the company and they proceeded to say they were going to charge me more to update the code. Take your business elsewhere this company is not someone you want to deal with.

We purchased a plan recently. We paid extra to have it crawlspace and 2x6 plans added. The materials list lacked critical items, like floor joist. The plan gave final window sizes but lacked rough in wall layout plans. Customer service is friendly but did not offer solutions to the issues.
