November 2024 went in for Trigeminal Neuralgia, after surgery I had 1 face time follow up with Dr House, I mentioned the right side of my face was still numb, he told me to give it 6 months. After 6 months I called back and his AP returned my call, I told her my concern about the numbness I still had, she told me after this long it would not get any better. This is the most disorganized office staff I have ever worked with. I ended up having to go to another organization to get my questions answered after my surgery. I would not use this office.
I had triggering on trigeminal neuralgia in 2016 and most people have had to go back at like 2 years. I haven't had to go back until now and I'm just going to get a checkup because I never want to feel that feeling again and I appreciate his bedside manner. He took me through the MRI. Showed me what was going on. Explain it to me thoroughly and did not rush me through anything during the explanations on what was going on in my head and I appreciate you for that that. Paul House is an excellent surgeon. A spinal tumor in the family had me researching for the best surgeon for its removal. I'm glad we went with Dr. House. He was able to do a lamonectomy to place the vertebrae back in and took his time during the surgery, he didn't rush and treat the patient like the next on the mill. Afterward, he took his time to explain the process and listened and responded thoughtfully to questions.
