weather came out to play and it was amazing ! The high sloping hill will be a challenge if wet weather but once down to the house blown away . Note NO parking so off street parking limited but once parked hardly needed to use the car we walked and caught ferry to Cronulla and back for lunch just perfect lunch at Pippis. Nav super good to communicate with. Bundeena cs clubs also great for all meals walking distance
I had the privilege of staying at this stunning property recently for 3 nights. The views are nothing short of spectacular with access to your own private and remote beach. Days were spent exploring the National Park , whale watching and indigenous rock carvings and evenings were sent enjoying the delights of this exceptional house admiring the sunset! I will be back for sure and highly recommend. Best part about it - its only 1 hours drive from Sydney airport!
What a fabulous location! Presentation & hospitality was amazing. All the little extras like spare toilet paper!!! Great location for nature lovers & photographers. Access is an issue: a level of fitness is required to access the property from the road especially when there are heavy bags. The stepping stones on the property when carting luggage was difficult to navigate. Accessing the property of a night is problematic due to lack of lighting. The House on the Rock at Bundeena was everything we hoped it would be and our hopes were high. What made it great was the location of the house, the views were spectacular, and the ease in which we all fitted into the lifestyle with total relaxation. Six family members rented the House on the Rock for six nights. This gave us plenty of time to walk, swim, enjoy the view, explore and chill.
