I recently went for a silk press, and the owner did my hair. She was very knowledgeable, and she had me in and out. My hair looked great and the shop was very nice.

They use relaxer/texturizer/texture-altering products of some sort. The owner was notified verbally, and she reassured that they don’t have any product of the sort in the salon. It’s wash day about 2 weeks after the service, My daughter’s hair reeked of rotten eggs/chemical, approx 2 from the root around her head is completely straighter and will not revert; definitely not heat damage and her hair is complete virgin and natural. First time at House of Zen…and I LOVE my hair . Zenda was so kind and very knowledgeable ! Beautiful salon and high tech equipment. I have all faith that Zenda is going to restore my hair back to health. I honestly can’t wait to go back . It’s worth the 45 min drive.
