I bought two midnight rhododendron plants three months apart. Absolutely beautiful packed in a plastic container before put in bag, very moist earth in container. I am beyond delighted with what I received in the mail. This last plant was around 11 inches in height and extremely healthy. I finally received my order. I must let you know that communication is key when conducting good business. I found your communication lacking. I could never reach a live person to talk to and only received generic emails. Not specific to my concerns. I love gardening and take it very seriously. I waited three months to receive plants that looked half dead ( actually mostly dead). I will not only never order from you again, I will also discourage others from doing so. On 03/20/2021 I mailed a check in the amount of $19.73 ordering Mosquito Shoo Geranium. Till this day 05/27/2021 I have received neither the plant nor a refund check. What are you up to? I did receive today in the mail your catalogue. It will go in the trash.
They lied about my order. They shipped dead plants that they claimed were JUST DORMANT. They refused to replace my full order (nothing lived!). They replaced only part of it. They claimed that it was OK to plant after the first frost in Ohio. All of the replacement plants died too! They promised IN WRITING to honor the same guarantee as the original order for a period of one year. Eight months later, they disavowed their original stated policy. Now, I have NO LIVING PLANTS.
