My wife had a prenatal massage at House of Wellness after experiencing discomfort in her pregnancy. The staff was able to efficiently scheduling an appointment with Kat the same week. My wife had nothing positive remarks about her massage with Kat. Kat was attentive, supportive, and did wonderful work for my wife. The office is clean, relaxing, and comfortable.

I've been to HoW several times and have always had excellent service, regardless of the provider. Always welcoming, put me at ease, and asked good questions about my chronic vs acute issues. It's clean and quiet and reasonably priced. All around my best rec in northwest Queens.
Shane is a magician. I’ve been coming to him for the last 4 years. As someone prone to injuries I’m very mindful of finding someone who is knowledgeable. Shane’s vast knowledge of modalities like trigger point and active release, are so effective. The relief is immediate and long lasting. I was so surprised my first time. I thought an effective massage was being tenderized like a cutlet. But I’ve found this targeted approach to be so much better.
House of Wellness needs to be your go-to massage destination in Astoria! They had quick availability and were very supportive, kind and professional.
