My daughter and l were looking for a prom dress. We not only found the perfect dress, but also top notch service. Every time we walked through the door we were greeted with warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend this store for all your formal needs. They made what could have been a stressful process one of the most enjoyable.
When we started shopping for a prom dress for my daughter we did not know what to expect. Our first and last appointment was at House of Vienna because my daughter said yes to the dress from there! The shop is clean, beautifully decorated and has a huge selection of prom dresses. We had a wonderful experience, from start to finish! Victoria was extremely helpful and professional, providing us with great advice and recommendations. Thank you!
I came here with my mom and little sister to find a prom dress for her. The store has a lot of selection of dresses and is very clean. The reason I’m giving three stars is for two reasons. The first reason being when we got the receipt back after we had ordered the dress, I had noticed after driving away that they had put down the wrong colour on the order. Victoria handled all the alterations and was incredibly attentive to our requests, making us feel completely at ease throughout the process.
