Five star service! I bought a vacuum 6 weeks ago from this store, I found owner helpful, knowable and willing to work with my needs. The same vacuum I bought was $225.00 more online! I referred my best friend to House of Vacuums because her vacuum wasn't working right, they repair her vacuum in just 2 day at a great price! Great Service and great value.
Customer services was terrible. I called to ask about a belt for my electrolux. My husband was in the store at the time to pick up the belt she suggested based on the model number of the power head. The person who answered the phone HUNG UP on me. She exasperatedly told my husband she could not help me due to my phone manners! UNBELIEVABLE!!!
Good products, great service, very knowledgeable.
