I've been a long time customer. Was quite glad to know there would be a local beauty supply shop that would cater to my needs (mainly loc maintenance) but I go mostly to browse. The quality of product sold is important to me. Hair bundles, cosmetics, wigs and other essentials are vital to any beauty supply shop. It's not so much the prices, however the proximity and location (I can actually walk there) and overall kindness of the owner that also matters.

Horrible customer service. When you arrive it says ring door bell i rang the doorbell and watched someone in the back of the store sitting with their feet up. When i called they looked at the front door and ignored that i was even there. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Customer service was great! My wife was looking for something for that day because we had a flight to catch the next day. Even though they didn’t have what she was looking for the two ladies there went above and beyond to explain process and even said “if you let us know exactly what style you are looking for by 2/3pm we can get it for you by 6pm tonight” Great service! We definitely will be going back if my wife needs something.

London and pat have an awesome store here in Port St Lucie. They have the highest quality hair products locally and good customer service. Hair products, wigs, and skin products. Highly recommended!
