We have used pam for several vacations. This year we went to ocean riveria paradise in playa del carmen. I was very netvous about going as the reviews werent the best since they had just opened 3 weeks prior...i worry to much. It was fantastic!!!!!!! Pam has gone above and beyond for earl and i yet again! We are ready to start planning our next trip with her!
