While I understand contracts and all. We paid a deposit for March of 2028, yes 2028, paid it less than 180 days ago.. and even though something terrible happened and the event can no longer go on, (read the contracts if a hurricane comes they charge you 50o$ to move to a new date. Acts of God and war and even death don't matter to them, verbatim from the contracts) they refuse to do any type of even partial refund. Which sure. Nonrefundable. The Jackson Pearl is an absolutely beautiful venue with a wonderful atmosphere. From the moment we started planning our event, the owners were incredibly helpful, responsive, and accommodating. What a spectacular venue! Every detail is well thought out and curated. If I were planning a wedding or special event; heck I may even have to renew my vows, I would book this place in a heartbeat!

A magical experience in the most beautiful venue on the coast. We were fortunate enough to hold a banquet in this facility, but clearly It would be an exceptional location for a wedding, banquet, or any kind of get together. The decorations are beautiful and tastful and the layout provides maximum flexibility and optionality in terms of use. I cannot recommend the Jackson Pearl enough.
