Worst i have ever seen! They literally don’t understand the patient situation and they just want to charge you! Even 1 hour out of 48 hour notice cancel your appointment they immediately charge you $153! Please be kind and understand your patient situation! Moreover, please be careful they said: Unfortunately, due to the short-notice cancellation of your first appointment, we will be unable to rebook you for future visits.
Best Dentist in town. So helpful in every step, from communication, billing & dentistry. Big shout out to the whole H.O.T. Staff and Dr Murielle is a literal earth angel. Thank you!
I am petrified of going to the dentist but the House of Teeth staff, from the receptionist to the clinical team, made me soooooo comfortable. As advertised they are extremely gentle and compassionate and I look forward to having my dental work done there after my exam today
