This dental office is insane. From the staff to Dr. Sean they all treat you well. They are super nice and kind ( you can't find dental staff as good as them anywhere else in Vancouver ) 100% recommend this dental office to anyone who is looking to find somewhere peaceful and expentional service. Dr. Sean is reallly nice and patientl and tence to all your needs. Also he goes through your treatment with full details. Definitely will go there again.
As someone who in general doesn’t need a lot of dental care, I appreciate that House of Teeth hasn’t tried to up-sell me on procedures that wouldn’t provide any real value to me, unlike past dentists. The one time we tried an experiment with a night guard, they looked at the results and listened to my feedback and didn’t try to push me into another solution. Reception always rude and condescending, after getting a second opinion found that cavities I was told I needed filled didn’t exist, enforces an oddly strict cancellation policy that I have not seen at other dentists, strong smell of incense which is really weird in a medical setting
Don't listen to the bad reviews about this dentist! As someone who has dentist anxiety and has tried a number of dentists around the world, I can say with the utmost confidence that this is by far the best dentist I've ever been to. While it's true that they have a cancelation policy, it's no different from any other dentist I've been to. If you are a member of the LGTBQ+ community, beware! The dentist on Hastings was dismissive of a TERRIBLE experience a family member endured at their referred surgical centre for wisdom teeth extraction. They obviously choose financial kickbacks over the health and safety of their patients, so avoid them and Main St Oral Surgery at all costs!
