I am petrified of going to the dentist but the House of Teeth staff, from the receptionist to the clinical team, made me soooooo comfortable. As advertised they are extremely gentle and compassionate and I look forward to having my dental work done there after my exam today

I should’ve trusted my instincts when they sent an unprofessional email months ago criticizing a former dentist who didn’t stay long. She probably left for a good reason. Today, I called in sick with the flu, genuinely too ill to sit through an appointment. Instead of understanding, they hit me with a $150 cancellation fee. Being a patient at House of Teeth has really reduced my medical anxiety about going to the dentist. It’s an accessible, trauma-informed clinic. There’s not a lot of synthetic fragrance around (for those who are sensitive to scents) but they burn palo santo for a fresh scent which is so nice! The staff and clinicians are always very warm and accommodating, and there seems to be very little turnover in their support staff - which says a lot about it as a place to work. Highly recommend.
