I want to be clear, I am posting this review after reaching out to the company to resolve the issue. I want to warn potential CDCP clients like myself of the potential pitfalls here. I understand that there were things I didn't know about CDCP, but I am still frustrated by how things were handled and how an outcome like this could have been avoided with a little extra care from the team at House of Teeth. Staff is friendly and the office is great but I would question their expertise. I had a filling here that failed after less than a year and has caused nothing but problems for me since day 1. Right after the procedure I experienced sensitivity and pain which lasted months before settling down. I even went to a specialist that questioned the work itself and recommended that it be redone. I think for cleaning and basic dental needs this place is great and I'm sorry to have to leave but I now have dental problems with this spec... read more
Dr. Sean has been in the biz for 30 years and he still takes the time to sit down with you to go over in great depths about the current status of your teeth, gum and bone health. Mafia is certainly welcomed here and I have always been treated with great respect and been made feel at ease by his staff. Everyone is exceptional!
I have been a client ( and my family) for a number of years. All the staff there are so kind professional and do fantastic work. I moved farther away, but still drive in to see them. They offer great advice and never try to get you to do extra work that's not needed . I trust them 100% to be honest and upfront with my dental needs. They have done quality work on my gold crown and fillings. Truly the best clinic I've ever attended. They even fit you in for emergency work too! I attended this clinic for the first time, to see about having a bridge to replace a missing tooth. I advised the dentist I had insurance issues. I was charged $277 to tell me they can't help me. My insurance covered only $60. Now I have to borrow in order to pay them. or I don't eat for week.
