absolutely awful. I just received a diagnosis for shingles and was advised to stay away from anyone at risk who may not be vaccinated from my doctor. I canceled my appointment 24 hours in advance (the soonest I was able once the clinic was open) and they charged me $150 anyway. It seems like the manager said they would rather put their elderly patience and staff at risk to viral infections then have people cancel. I would advise anyone who is prone to illness to not go here.
Have been a patient for several years. By far the best dental experience I've had in my life. All the staff are excellent and thoughtful. Calming, clean and modern environment with a focus on sustainability. They even have awesome landscaping with all native plants outside at the Hastings location. Many of my friends are patients at both offices and everyone loves these guys. Good job everyone and THANKS!
