I am immunocompromised and was looking for a dentist in 2024 that was still taking COVID precautions. I was happy to find this place. They have hospital-grade air filtration, each chair is in its own room, they limit the amount of people in the office, and the staff will switch from a medical mask to an N-95 upon request. Oh, and they are good at dentistry too :) Very happy with House of Teeth.
House of Teeth on Broadway has been giving me phenomenal care since I became a patient a few years ago. They always accommodate my many complex health issues which includes tilting backwards in the chair. I recently saw Dr. Aleksandar Bogosavljevic for a check up and fillings. He gave me the best dental care that I can remember ever having in so many years. I am always treated with the most kind, compassionate and professional care ! I am truly grateful.
I started going to House of Teeth after many years of inconsistent dental care because of their reputation for flexible, accessible service. This was absolutely my experience for many years, and I’ve always had great interactions with all of their dentists and hygienists. Unfortunately, as their business has grown their approach has become much less client-centred. The process to book an appointment is incredibly frustrating and inaccessible. I would hope in the future that they will change their practices to better increase their accessibility for patients. Can't book an appointment over the phone. Can't only email to book an appointment. Multiple steps involved and many emails going back and forth about dates. I tried providing feedback and they declined to accommodate. I've never had so many issues to simply book an appointment. Sadly will have to go elsewhere.
