I took my son to get a much needed haircut. I didn't have to make an appointment, so we did have to wait. But considering the fact that there was 5 people ahead of us, a 20 minute wait wasn't bad. The young man who took care of my son did a great job. Everyone was very friendly, and I felt safe. My son really likes his new look and plans to return when the time comes. went here for nearly 5 months, but no one could ever remember my name. My preferred barber never claimed me, I was constantly shuffled to other chairs, and he had to get someone else to get my attention multiple times to let me know his chair was free. He even skipped me and called up people who came in after me, after I had already waited a long time. He barely spoke to me while chatting freely with everyone else.
