Amazing Place. Great Staff and Friendly. Coin guy was amazing!
Great experience! Went by a couple other coin shops, and none were buying in this volatile market! Gave House of Stuart a call and let them know what I was selling and he said come on by. If I didn't need the cash I might have traded for a gun, seen a couple that caught my eye while I was there. Anyways good place to do business.
I've been to this place 4 times over the years. Never a great experience. I was recently in to try and sell silver. They stopped buying. I'm not mad about that because of market conditions. I was able to sell elsewhere in town though that very day. Checked 3 other shops and all were still buying. I expressed sympathy about shops being unable to sell their excess silver to wholesalers and and refiners. Paul quoted $5 back on phone “same as silver” to purchase platinum 1oz bar. Drove 45 minutes round trip during a lunch break at work to complete transaction. Said 5% back in person…I corrected him to remind him of the conversation an hour before. After refusing to admit fault, he then proceeded like he was doing me a favor by “educating me” on prices….After lying to a customer to get them in, then not honoring what was quoted, I would advise against this next time.
