This place is amazing!!! The staff is unbelievable. meals were great, beds were so comfy. I can't say enough about my GREAT experience at HOS!!! It was EVERYTHING I needed! Thank you everyone
I genuinely loved the program! The councelors were generally amazing, always felt emotionally safe to speak to them about anything I was feeling. The cooks were all sweet hearts It started off a little chaotic with some of the girls who weren't ready to be there, after it became so smooth, all classes were proactive and healing. This place false advertises it’s not holistic in the least. No hikes like we were told ( not sure why they harped on us to bring extra shoes for that ) , yoga during counseling sessions (can’t participate) reiki was only once (can only do it once) it feels more like boot camp/prison Vending machines are the same items pretty much every week, food is meh (they have laxatives readily available because no one can use the bathroom expect to be so bloated it hurts) there’s no down time at all to do anything.
