Adam is very knowledgeable and knows his stuff. Was happy to give the product to our installer and issued us an invoice after the install to pay him.
Adam and the team are wonderful. I bought a Lopi Liberty wood burner about 6 months ago and I’m so happy with the product and service. Adam went the extra mile many times. It’s such a dream to deal with someone so knowledgeable and passionate about customer service. I’m based in Canberra but couldn’t find a supplier I was happy with here, so went out to House of Smoke and Fire. So glad I did.
Love, love, love our new fireplace! The team at HOSAF have been amazing. Really friendly and helpful. They organised an inspection of our fireplace, recommended the best firebox for our space, and arranged the installation. Now we get to cozy up in front of a warm fireplace every night. Heaven.
