We had a new system installed and it is fantastic. They went above and beyond. From start to finish. It was great. My old house is comfortable again and we are so thankful.
Jacob was very professional and was able to fix my AC unit when another company had given up after charging me. Moving forward, he is the only one working on any AC unit I have.
Very professional and and upfront about prices
After a frustrating experience with the original HVAC installer on our home, we were at our wit's end. The system was never quite right, and we couldn't get the original company to properly address the ongoing issues. Then we found Jake at House of Service in Bardstown KY. From the first phone call, he was professional, empathetic, and incredibly knowledgeable. He was meticulous, explaining everything clearly and fixing the issue with a high level of expertise and passion. This truly saved me many headaches!
Adding a follow up review- after Jacob discovered a multitude of issues caused by the other companies lack of workmanship and training he submitted a quote to them to come in and fix all of the issues the correct way. He and his trainee were so nice and professional. They went above and beyond in making sure that my AC unit and all duct work was fixed and working the way it should have from the initial install that was butchered by the other company. I 100% recommend Jacob and House of Service.
