NEW FASHION RUGS
The person working there was very mean and rude! I called before hand to make sure they carried a certain vendor's rugs. I drove over 40 minutes to get there. I looked through the rugs and found one rug in a bigger size of a previous purchase. I told the employee I had to take it back because it was too small and I hated to do it because I purchased it at a closeout price. His price for the smaller one was double. Purchased (2) rugs and one of the rugs did not go with the colors of the house so I attempted to bring the rug back and was told that a $60.00 charge would be accessed for the return. Purchased another rug from the Great Rug Factory the same day and it also did not go with the colors of the house and they accepted the return without any questions or additional charges. Words of advice is to not waste your tme shopping at House of Rugs. Professionalisim, customer satisfaction and cost can be found at The Great Rug Company.
"House of Rugs" The best rug store in Houston! – I found just the right rug for my bedroom, they have a wide selection of rugs to choose from, one of my friends actually told me about this rug store and I'm glad i took her advice! they have great customer service, i was looking a hand made rug and all i can say is that they have the best rugs in town!! ;)
to my point of view House of Rugs is one of the best rug store in Houston, they take care of me every time i go shop for my rugs, they have from hand made to all kinds of rugs, I enjoy the people there they make you feel like a queen, great customer service!
