A rough-in valve from this company failed after only 13 years, leaking and causing water damage to our wall and ceiling below. For a product at this price point, I expected far better durability. Time is money they say and writing this review is worth every cent! Originally purchased Riobel shower faucet back in 2013 because of quality, uniqueness, and functionality. 12 years later I have to get a new cartridge (thermo regulating and all that) and call House Of Rohl on how best to handle the replacement and recommended part source. Cartridges do wear out but the faucet's chrome finish is untarnished and like brand new. Placed a call into customer service and got a real person in short order. We have over 10 Riobel fixture sets in the house, and we will consistently chosen this luxury brand for all kitchen and bathroom fixture needs in the future. I recently had to use their lifetime warranty twice, when parts needed replacing. It was painless - no hoops to jump through or arguments about coverage. I sent one email, explained the issue, and they took care of it right away.
Am very satisfied with the customer service as I have had to order new parts for a shower faucet and the staff were very helpful and assisted me with all my questions. And identified the parts immediately and had them delivered to me within days.
