I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service. I submitted the support form twice (in August and again in September) to request a replacement cartridge for my Riobel shower faucet, yet I never received any reply. In the end, I was forced to purchase a new faucet from a competitor, since every brand uses its own cartridges. This experience has shown me that not only Riobel, but the entire House of Rohl group, cannot be relied upon for proper support. From now on, I will be avoiding all House of Rohl brands.
I have an older Riobel kitchen faucet which developed a leak on the inner hose. Excellent customer service by Brandon and they are expediting the shipment directly to my house - at no cost. Thanks so much!
A rough-in valve from this company failed after only 13 years, leaking and causing water damage to our wall and ceiling below. For a product at this price point, I expected far better durability. Unfortunately, dealing with customer service has been even worse than the product failure. While the initial contact was promising, everything quickly deteriorated. Time is money they say and writing this review is worth every cent! Originally purchased Riobel shower faucet back in 2013 because of quality, uniqueness, and functionality. 12 years later I have to get a new cartridge (thermo regulating and all that) and call House Of Rohl on how best to handle the replacement and recommended part source. Cartridges do wear out but the faucet's chrome finish is untarnished and like brand new. Placed a call into customer service and got a real person in short order.
