I recently contacted House of Rohl/Riobel regarding two older (2016) Riobel bathroom faucets, which were having issues due to wear in the cartridges. The customer service I experienced was exceptional. I used the email portal and received immediate replies. The customer service team were able to quickly identify the parts required and mailed them out within a couple of days. I would certainly choose Rebel for any future projects.
Their customer service for Riobel is horrible. Bought a full shower system for our new bathroom and the flow is horrendous but according to them it's working as intended. Steer clear at all costs and go with a better brand

4 years ago we renovated our home and we decided to go with Riobel faucets throughout the house, we recently had a cosmetic issue with one of the faucets. I called Rohl customer service and explained what was happening. They were absolutely great to deal with, took my information down and immediately sent out replacement parts, I received them two days later. Service was amazing. I would highly recommend the Riobel products.
