I had an okay experience during my initial dress fitting, and the selection of dresses was good. However, the owner, Candice, canceled multiple appointments, sometimes as late as 15 minutes before the scheduled time. As a therapist, I made every effort to communicate well in advance to arrange for my alterations between clients and sessions, but my messages were often left on read or ignored. As a plus size woman, I had a vision of what kind of dress I wanted. When I contacted Candice I let her know what I was envisioning for my special day. I am incredibly impressed with the professionalism and genuine care provided by House of Remi Rose.Candice, in particular, went above and beyond to meet our needs when it came to altering my daughter's wedding gown in time for the big day. Candice is AMAZING! I love RemiRose.. to any bride getting married I TRULY recommend taking the chance and looking here. It’s like a beautiful castle with so many amazing different handmade style wedding dresses. I fell in love with my beautiful dress the second I tried it on. My sister also found HER wedding dress there as well! WE LOVE REMIROSE! Definitely recommend to any soon to be bride! Candice is awesome !
