I’ve been coming to Ciarra time and time again because her lash lifts are truly the best — seriously. I’ve had my lashes done at other spas before, but Ciarra stands out because she’s so intentional with her craft. She’s incredibly skilled, professional and you can tell she genuinely cares about the experience she creates.
