Completely unprofessional! Did not have print done on time, after said they would have it. Tried to blame it on UPS, but it still wasn't ready for days after it was due. After everything, not one apology for completely dropping the ball on our flyers...but insisted we pay for them after the event was over and we couldn't even use the flyers anymore. Cannot believe the lack of service and professionalism! Would never recommend doing business here if you have any kind of deadline, cannot rely on "their word".
