You would have to count on your fingers and toes to name all the National and World Champions that this place has been home to. Seriously….this place gets after it. It’s the only place I can go to train how I want to. The gym has been around for decades for a reason. All the members are helpful and have so much experience they are willing to share. If you’ve ever wondered where the heaviest place on the planet is, look no further than House of Power Strength Club in Baton Rouge. I’m convinced the gravity is stronger here because the weights feel like they’ve been beefed up by Mother Nature herself. Best environment of any gym in town. Great community to be a part of if you want to get bigger stronger and have a group of people around you supporting you along the way. The weights are also pretty heavy.
