Fantastic workout spot. Getting back into lifting in my 30s was quite daunting but all the folks at House of Power have a well of knowledge they were happy to share with me. 8 months in and I’m very happy to have a third place to hang out with new friends and keep getting healthier.
Amazing gym, with great people and awesome owners. Anyone who wants to get in shape level up your strength for sports should drop by.
You would have to count on your fingers and toes to name all the National and World Champions that this place has been home to. Seriously….this place gets after it. It’s the only place I can go to train how I want to. The gym has been around for decades for a reason. All the members are helpful and have so much experience they are willing to share.
