What a hidden gem in Poolesville! The House of Poolesville offers an incredible fusion of Chinese, Japanese, and Thai cuisine. The sushi was fresh, the pad thai perfectly seasoned, and the portions were generous for the price. The staff was attentive and super friendly — they even gave great recommendations! I loved the casual yet cozy ambiance, and the bar selection was surprisingly good. Definitely coming back next time I’m in town. Highly recommended for a casual dinner or date night!
