HoPie This is one of the hot spots for Millersville University on Thursdays. With the drink specials on thirsty Thursdays many of age college kids hang out to catch up on the current events of the week. The food is good and the service is great as well. You can obtain regular status quickly. Just be a Philadelphia sports fan and you have it in.
I ordered a chicken cheese steak. What I got was an onion cheese steak. Never again.
Worst Customer Service Ever – We ordered delivery and they forgot to bring part of the order and messed up two of the sandwiches. When we called about it the "manager" said she did not care, and if we wanted our food we would have to pay another delivery fee. She refused to help us and hung up on us. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN. You know it's a bad sign when the last three reviews complain about the customer service...
poor customer service – we had received delivery from this restaurant for over 2 years. the food has always been pretty good, and we were happy with the place. the last time we called to order, we were told that 'we don't deliver there'. uh, yes you do... at least once a month. Hopi – I don't know about the woman discussed above, but the short, bald man who works behind the counter has a terrible attitude. I was hungry when I walked in, but his obnoxious, condescending customer service made me lose my appetite so I walked out mid-order. I hadn't even been drinking.
HoPi – The woman that works there has no courtesy, I'm not sure why someone would work at a job serving others when they are miserable, short & not polite. These actions have actually made me not want to buy their food. I'd say eat at Two Cousin's down the road. The food is better (less grease, more options) & the staff is polite.
