Wayne Dean (Homes of Pavo) moved a mobile home for me. We agreed on a price and he told me he was pulling the necessary permits( the state and county). After he moved the mobile home, I find out he did not get a permit with the county. I had to get the permit and pay $175.00. Its not about the money, its the fact he did not do what was required.
