Best gym in town! Phil keeps it clean and nicely organized. No junk. great equipment. People keep to themselves and all the times I've been there it's never been crowded. I feel very safe and get a great workout! Owner is super nice and friendly. Great place.

Doesn't get much better, I had the pleasure of visiting this gym over the weekend and come with nothing but praise. This gym has everything you need for a amazing workout no matter the day. Beyond the great equipment, the owner of the gym, Phil, is among the most genuine and welcoming people I'd ever met, at house of pain, you are in good hands. If you are a resident of T Or C or passing through, don't miss out on a stop here.

Honestly, I haven't yet stepped inside the gym, but I AM located across the street from it. So, because I haven't taken the opportunity to go in and check it out yet is the only reason I'm giving it four stars. I do happen to know that the owner is a great guy, so that's another reason for the four stars.. Normally when I do these Google reviews,if it's for a business that I haven't actually been to before,then I'll give it a low rating cuz I really don't know anything about it.
