Had the most amazing experience with The House of Ness…not only the back office staff but with Kat, my injector, and her team. Came in with a Groupon and have gone back and will continue to go back.
What a lovely experience in 2 House of Ness locations providing the Best Botox. A comfortable and clean environment with personable and educated staff. They also back their services with excellent follow up and even offered a virtual meeting if need be. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend House of Ness to friends and family. Bonus- I even got an excellent pizza and coffee recommendation in the area.
Alison is so sweet and honest and amazing. She actually cares about her clients and won't just take all your money and make you look crazy. She's honest and fair and makes you feel very comfortable and explains everything. She's very knowledgeable and takes her time with her clients as well. I will always use her!!
Upon first meeting Brian, the owner, he was friendly, knowledgeable and cared about your HON experience. Nichole is responsive and provides the lost art of customer service. Her communication is #1. You will find the BEST BOTOX with Kat. She is a talented injector with a good eye for placement. She is also great with derma fillers too. I had a an equivalent experience with former talent in Jen and Jessica. KUDOS to the Paramus staff!
Wow! Best botox I have ever had! So happy with how I look and will be back in a few months to refresh!
