I started my daughter's loc journey with Paulette in November 2020. We were nervous about the process and how it would turn out. At the initial consultation she explained everything to me and listened to my questions as well. My daughter's hair is doing great.. it is starting to lock up and is growing very fast. She uses great products. Also, my daughter is only 3 and quite squirmy when in the chair and Paulette is always patient and entertains her. I will continue going here as long as I am in this area. Paulette. She does a amazing job. And incredible after job, and she takes it personally. Each person this sets in her chair.
The owner/operator is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and it is evident that she cares about people and their natural hair care jouney.....only downside is that her calendar is BOOKED well in advance so it's not easy to get in her chair. I look forward to receiving more services.
