My face shape wasn’t taken into account at all. The woman was nice to talk to tho *to update the review. My hair before is 1-2 It was wrapped & spritz into placed 3-4 Washed and dried it looks like 5-7. And the person that butchered it is posted as well. I don’t know what possessed her to turn me into Cynthia Doll. Nor why she didn’t speak on her inability but a formal apology would’ve sufficed.
