UPDATE: Owner. I acknowledged that I forgot the locs. Your response proves you have no empathy, compassion, customer service and basic people skills. According to you, by the way I was asking and kept on repeating the same thing about letting my locs look good that "TROUBLE WAS COMING". Update: To the unprofessional owner who responded to my review, my hair is way shorter than my friends hair and not as thick AT ALL. Reading comprehension isn’t a skill you mastered I see, my friend told me the price you charged her so obviously if my hair is shorter and less thicker then why would it cost 100$ more? The blonde hair lady which I think is the owner likes to change the prices based on her own feelings or if she perceives you have money. My friend recommended this place to me and told me the price she pays for her hairstyle and I thought it was a good deal and wanted the same one. I get there and ask for the same hairstyle and she tells me a price that’s over 100$ more than what my friend pays. I’ll be going to the salon in Harlem, beware.
