I honestly can’t believe I forgot to leave this review because this was one of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I spent over $400 at House of Nails for a manicure, pedicure, and lash lift. As someone who had never had these services done before, I was really excited and trusted the staff to guide me. Unfortunately, my experience with Kiki was extremely disappointing. Poor nail work. Incredibly poor nail work. EDIT: since they wanna have attitude in their reply, I attached some photos. LITERALLY RUN! The girl doing my nails was vaping and took a shot half way through my set. Comical. Another nail tech was also drunk. Literally an abomination to the nail industry.
Thumb gel polish lifted after 48 hours. Tried to reach out to them to fix this but didn’t hear anything back. Very disappointed overall, I will now have to spend more money to get the full set removed and redone elsewhere.
