I had an excellent experience with Lisa, who left my hair beautifully after balayage + regrowth + cut + blowdry :) . She was super nice, delicate with my hair and respectful. She did an amazing job!! The place was nice as well, very neat and clean. Thank you, Lisa!!

I was extremely disappointed with both the experience and the results, especially considering the high price. The lead stylist was overly persistent in trying to upsell services during the consultation. I went in for a full head transformation, but only received a few minimal foils, yet still paid for a complete transformation and haircut. I definitely wouldn't recommend Hair of Lox in Neutral Bay. I’m giving it two stars because the other stylists were friendly and welcoming.
