The staff member while telling me she cant exchange my brand new knife and buy a more expensive one, in the same set. ( I had a utility knife from the German Messermeister Kashima set. ) this very Ignorant and Super Rude and Invasive female clerk, whilst telling me that without a receipt or being in the system, she cannot do an exchange - all the while unpackaging my never opened packaged plastic wrapped and still sealed in plastic wrap and boxed knife. Ketki has been amazing to deal with. She was knowledgeable with helping me pick the correct steel for my knife (Adira Magnacut) and has been very helpful and patient from a customer satisfaction standpoint throughout the process of getting me an Adamas Mini with CF scales. Thank you

Make sure to verify the price before you come. They will not honor the sticker price on the knife. I regret not checking the other low reviews before coming in-store.

I had a fantastic experience at House of Knives yesterday. I went in to get my Secrid cardholder repaired, and Ketki was incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. She took care of everything in just 20 minutes, making the whole process quick and stress-free. I truly appreciate her kindness and excellent service. Thank you, Ketki, for your help:)

Went into store to ask about return policies for a gift. I asked for my options and was told that I could only get store credit, which is fine. What isn’t is the employee that was laughing and shaking his head while I was asking the employee working with me about other options instead of a store credit. For a place charging a (steep) premium for their products I’d expect much better customer service.
