Girl working the counter knew almost nothing about knives she was selling, didn’t ask for my account, nor could tell me about future releases. Why even work at a knife store with zero interest or effort put into what you do? The willowbrook and metrotown mall locations are miles ahead in customer service and knowledge.

Purchased a 300$ knife from this place. After it running dull after 6 months, the knife is more dull after getting it sharpened. The knife in the first portion of the video is a cheap 10$ knife I purchased from somewhere else, the second is the 300$ Damascus steel knife I purchased from this location. How is my dirt cheap knife sharper and cuts better than the knife I paid 30x the cost? What a waste of money I won’t be purchasing more knives or getting my blades sharped at this location

The staff member while telling me she cant exchange my brand new knife and buy a more expensive one, in the same set. ( I had a utility knife from the German Messermeister Kashima set. ) this very Ignorant and Super Rude and Invasive female clerk, whilst telling me that without a receipt or being in the system, she cannot do an exchange - all the while unpackaging my never opened packaged plastic wrapped and still sealed in plastic wrap and boxed knife. Ketki has been amazing to deal with. She was knowledgeable with helping me pick the correct steel for my knife (Adira Magnacut) and has been very helpful and patient from a customer satisfaction standpoint throughout the process of getting me an Adamas Mini with CF scales. Thank you
