Went in there looking for a specific product. Person at the desk didn’t acknowledge me, just stayed on her phone the whole time. Which is fine, I’m not one of those people that thinks that you can’t be on your phone at your customer service job. I think maybe you put it away when you have customers in your store, but whatever. Kirsten discriminates towards customers, so management is poorly training there CSR. She also doesn't know the products and didn't know the edges of knives which was a shockers. The best part is she suggested worse stores.. I can get anything in this store off of Amazon and she suggests amazon.
I went to house of knives not knowing what I wanted they were helpful and picked out a set of Japanese knives for me used very little and on a wooden cutting board I noticed one knife had a chip outta the blade checking the others there were chips in all the knives I took them back they said they just need a sharpening so when I went back they told me the one knife had a crack in it … well at the end of it it was my fault that the knives were garbage 450 bucks down the drain … thanks house of knives for ripping me off ……..
I’ve been a loyal customer of House of Knives for a while, and Alyssa and Ashley Barnes have always been incredibly helpful. Their expertise and friendly service make every visit a great experience. I’ll definitely keepcomingback!
