Super friendly and knowledgeable staff lady! Had a seamless experience here getting our knives sharpened. Would recommend for anyone looking for affordable and quick sharpening. They have a nice selection as well.

I spend an hour on the bus to get here on my only free time to buy an item that I have on hold to find the store is closed in the middle of the day.
The website is terrible. In contrast the staff were very helpful. I tried and tried but was unable to order on website. Went into store(Metrotown) and staff were able to order it for me. Excellent customer service. Website needs MASSIVE update or rework.
