We took our kitchen shears here to be sharpened. Excellent and fast service, and reasonable fair price. I would highly recommend this store when looking to buy a knife or shears or a variety of kitchen items.
House of Knives was awesome! I dropped off three knives to be sharpened – it's usually a 24-hour turnaround – but they totally went the extra mile and got them done super fast! Nikhil was great, seriously appreciate their kindness and amazing service. 👏🏻👏🏻
I dropped my knife off to be sharpened, and they did a poor job. However, when I expressed my disappointment, the manager saw my perspective and they dropped the sharpening fee and sent it out again. They did a much better job the second time and changed it into a positive experience.
I Purchased 5 separate knives from HOK, and return same week to buy a ‘In-Drawer Knife Block’, on a price match. Store wanted to charge me $15 shipping for an in store price match because my total for the Block was $13 short of $99. I just spent several hundred same week, and now these games they play with price match. I ended up buying from their competitor. Do not patronize this business Clearly belt sanding marks on the blade that had never been sharpend before and they didn't offer any way to fix their mistake.
