Marcellus was fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very helpful. We were deciding between German or Japanese kitchen knives and Marcellus showed us an array of options. The description of the weight, the description of blade material, how best or not to use the different knives based on personal usage… just so so helpful and kind. We got home and were so excited to share what we had learned from Marcellus, to our roommates. Absolutely fantastic service, thank you!! 🤩

Nkhil helped me out with choosing a bread knife today. He was very knowledgeable and patient in showing me different choices, and he didn't try to upsell me the more expensive ones，which I really appreciated. I didn't end up going for the Shun (even though my heart wanted it) as my new bread knife is not for commercial use. But based on my experience, I will be returning when my kitchen knife needs replacement.
Marcellus is absolutely amazing! He’s knowledgeable and incredibly helpful! I would recommend asking for him if you are ever at the Metrotown location. Thanks for all your patience and help, we look forward to seeing you next time.
