Just got my knives back. Eric did a fantastic job. Super sharp and fast as well.

We bought a knife worth $125, and after 5 months, a crack appeared in the handle, so we visited the store. When we first went to ask for an exchange, the salesperson said it couldn’t be exchanged because the knife shouldn’t be put in a dishwasher. However, upon checking the instructions on the back of the knife box, it clearly stated that it is dishwasher safe. When we returned to the store and pointed this out, the salesperson changed their story and said there was nothing they could do. They mumbled that if they had sold u... read more
