I came in looking for a key to be cut for my bike lock (I lost it). Zack was so incredibly kind and was honest in telling me that it'll probably be cheaper to buy a new lock, but regardless , tried to find me a precut key. He understood that I didn't want to throw things away needlessly and never pushed me to use his locksmith. Honest guy.

I had a very bad experience with a simple battery replacement. It took almost an hour, and out of my sight, the person kept hammering the watch. When I asked what was going on, he said he was trying to “shorten it” because it wouldn’t fit otherwise. I never asked for the band to be shortened. After all that, I was still charged the full amount with no apology. Very disappointed.

I visited the House of Keys last week to have my fabric scissors sharpened. Upon pick up I was told to bring them back if they don’t perform as expected. Well, I just tried to do just that after a week of trying to cut with the scissors that did not perform as expected, there was only a marginal change in performance compared to before. I wanted to get a plaque made for a colleague who had been featured in a magazine. Zakir was so helpful and knowledgeable. He was so pleasant and kind and gave me an amazing deal.
