My wife and I went in to pick up a bracelet we had made. The level of customer service, attention and care was second to none. At the end of the service, my wife was given a voucher to another service and we were treated to a glass of champagne each upstairs in the Champagne bar at the Intercontinental Hotel - nobody does service like this lady.
