I contacted House of Ivy with short notice to make bouquets and table centerpieces for my daughter’s wedding in the area. All of our correspondence was via email or phone since we are in Arizona. Sandra understood exactly what we wanted and delivered the most beautiful arrangements! We are grateful for her expertise in making my daughter’s wedding flowers exactly the way she envisioned. I highly recommend this business.
I don’t usually complain about small business and do my best to shop local. BUT when an owner is rude unprofessional because her flower truck didn’t come in??? That’s not anyone’s fault and certainly not mine. Instead of trying to make things right she wanted me to know they closed at noon. The flowers were to be delivered yesterday. I wanted to surprise my daughter with flowers today while she was at school..with testing and all I’m positive she needed a pick me up. I saw the reviews and thought this would be a nice place to stop. Upon being greeted by Sandy, the owner, I could feel the judgement coming off of her like stink.
